So Spencer and I are aware of a little problem our children have. A problem that I take full responsibility for and need serious help mending...any ideas are welcome! In the past I would always warn (not threaten!) that if things didn't get picked up they would end up in the trash. Makes sense right...if you don't care for something enough to put it where it belongs then it must be junk to you and worthy of the trash can...(this rule only applies to the kids things of course!)
Anyhow, so Kohl was traumatized by it and so was Nana and now they hold on to every little single gadget like it is their only possession on this earth.
So the other night we are in the middle of a lesson and they are cutting out pictures of Jesus and God and we are just enjoying out time together when Spencer decides to clean up some of the clippings to make the activity go a little easier when all of a sudden we hear "THAT'S NOT TRASH! JESUS' EYES ARE IN THERE"
We didn't know what sister was talking about, and after much digging we realized that she had indeed cut the top half of Jesus' head off. We all had a good laugh!
